Vermillion Ink Press is staffed by a group of young editors determined to change the way literary publishing navigates representation (both in its titles and its leadership structure) and sustainability.

All of our editors have experience working at well-recognized independent publishers and draw from their experiences to inform meaningful change in the operation of VIP. We are actively working to offset the lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the publishing industry and beyond.
